Key Responsibilities: Dispense & Check: Verify prescriptions, dispense medication, and ensure accuracy Patient Care: Counsel patients on medicine use, side effects, and minor ailments Health Services: BP, glucose, cholesterol testing + vaccinations if certified Stock & Compliance: Order stock, control expiry dates, manage scheduled meds, follow SAPC laws Admin: Process medical aid claims, cash/EFT, reports, and supervise assistants Customer Service: Build patient relationships and maintain a professional dispensary
