Kendrick Recruitment are seeking an accomplished Executive Housekeeper to join our team at a beautiful hotel in Cape Town. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in housekeeping management in a large hotel/lodge, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the lodge, ensuring excellence in service standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day-to-day operational management of the lodge, including Lodge & Share Block Rooms and Public Areas.

Staff management, including IR, manpower development, training, and performance management.

Maintain discipline and handle grievances in adherence to company procedures.

Manage work schedules, rosters, and ongoing training for all staff.

Build and maintain professional client partnerships, ensuring a high standard of client service.

Control direct expenses and manage budgets effectively.

Oversee equipment upkeep, stock management, and the lodge's performance and image.

Duty management shifts requirement; access to reliable transport beneficial.

Conduct regular meetings with the management team and heads of department.
