Synergy Land Partners is a growing U.S.-based company that buys vacant land directly from owners across the United States. We're not a giant call center — we're a tight, modern team that values working smart over grinding hard, takes care of its people, and gives you the tools to do your best work. We're building a company that's a great long-term home, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Our cold outreach team already generates a steady, consistent flow of qualified seller leads every week, plus a large backlog of existing leads waiting for the right person. We don't have a shortage of opportunity — we have a need for the right closer to capitalize on it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leads come to you already qualified by our outreach team. Your job is to build the relationship and bring the deal home:
- Call pre-qualified seller leads and build genuine rapport and trust with U.S. landowners over the phone
- Evaluate and comp properties using dedicated land software to understand what a parcel is worth and what purchase price meets the company's objectives
- Present offers and negotiate purchase agreements using a consultative, two-call (and often more) close approach — you're a trusted guide helping sellers make a decision that meets their goals, not a pushy salesperson
- Follow up consistently — many of our best deals take weeks or months of patient nurturing before they close. The closer who follows up wins the deal.
- Manage your pipeline in Follow Up Boss with disciplined stages and follow-up cadences
- Own your numbers — track your activity and conversions, and review your pipeline weekly
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent, natural English with a clear phone presence — you can build instant rapport and hold a confident, easy conversation with a U.S. landowner
- A proven closer — you know how to handle rejection, work through objections, build trust, and ask for the deal over the phone
- Real estate or land experience is a strong plus, but we'll train the right person on land specifics. Sales skill, willingness to learn, and drive matter most.
- Organized and CRM-disciplined — comfortable managing your own pipeline without anyone chasing you
- Self-motivated and competitive — you're confident that consistent effort will produce results and real financial upside for you and the company
- Long-term minded — you want to grow with a company and build something, not fill a short-term gap

BEFORE YOU APPLY — AN HONEST PICTURE
We want this to be a great long-term fit, so it's only fair to be clear about the role:
- This is a commission-weighted position. There's a stable base, but your strongest earnings come from closing — it's built for people who back themselves to perform.
- Land deals run on long cycles. Some take weeks or months of patient follow-up before they close, so persistence and a level head through quieter stretches matter.
- You'll hear "no" on the way to "yes." Being comfortable with that is part of the job.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $1,500/month USD, paid regardless of closings, stability through the longer land sales cycles.
- Commission (uncapped): 2% of gross profit on every closed deal, plus 3% on any gross profit above $30,000 on a single deal. Every dollar you negotiate is a dollar you share in. The harder you push on price, the more you earn. (Gross profit = our sale price minus our purchase price. A $20,000-profit deal pays $400; a $50,000-profit deal pays $1,200.)
- Realistic On-Target Earnings: $2,200–$2,900/month TOTAL (base + commission) at a steady pace, with strong months exceeding $4,000.
This structure is designed to make a serious, capable closer very well rewarded. If you're confident in your ability to close deals, the upside is real.
