Welcome customers, identify their needs, and offer helpful product guidance
Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and promotional information
Maintain store presentation, including merchandising, restocking, and cleanliness
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches
Work collaboratively with team members to meet store targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in engaging with customers and offering product recommendations
Ability to handle transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of accountability
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage basic physical tasks
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
