About the Role: We’re looking for a driven Entry-Level eCommerce Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student who’s eager to apply their technical knowledge to real-world online retail operations, with a strong focus on ecommerce store management, automation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and storefront updates
Use AI tools (including Claude AI and Higgsfield AI) to resolve and automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
Identify inefficiencies in existing eCommerce processes and propose/implement improvements
Support day-to-day online store operations alongside the ecomm manager and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with the team during weekly Monday meetings to align on priorities and performance
Able to present catalogues and presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (completed or final year) in Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field — non-negotiable
Working knowledge of Shopify and AI tools
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude AI and Higgsfield AI (or strong aptitude to learn quickly)
Demonstrated interest in or experience with task/process automation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable internet access and a suitable remote working setup
Must be willing to travel
