What This Role Really Is
You are the heartbeat of the floor.
Your mission is simple (but not easy):
Make people want to stay.
Make people feel they belong.
Make people feel seen.
You will own employee engagement, recognition, floor energy, culture programs, and retention experience — from Day 1 to Year 3.
This is not a desk job.
This is a people job.
Be physically present and visible on the operations floor daily- Drive engagement programs, contests, recognition moments, and culture rituals
- Design and run employee happiness initiatives
- Turn feedback into action — fast
- Partner with Operations to reduce attrition and burnout
- Create belonging programs for new hires
- Own monthly engagement events and culture days
- Launch recognition programs that actually mean something
- Track engagement + tenure metrics and improve them
- Build a workplace people talk positively about outside the building

Who You Are

Bonus if you have:
BPO or call center experience- Engagement or culture program experience
- Psychology / HR / Organizational Development background
- Experience running floor campaigns or recognition programs
