- Matric, with further education in relevant fields considered an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally related to taxation or property management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be a current employee of Quantanite.
- Ability to work USA related shift patterns.
