This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about customer service, and looking to build a long-term career in sales, manufacturing, and customer relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Communicate with customers regarding artwork approvals, production schedules, and deliveries
- Work closely with production, planning, and customer service teams
- Support sales activities and identify opportunities to add value for customers
- Learn about the printing and packaging industry while gaining hands-on commercial experience

Previous work experience is not required, but any customer service, sales, or administrative experience will be advantageous.
