The Role
A well-established organisation is seeking an analytical and driven Industrial Engineer to join its Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement, operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and innovation within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process optimisation initiatives and support business transformation projects across the organisation.
Skills and Experience
- BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or related analytics tools beneficial
Other
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Collect, clean, and interpret operational data to generate business insights
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools
- Contribute to innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Assist with proof-of-concept and process improvement projects
