Position: Full-time Sales Consultant
F45 Southdowns is looking for an energetic, driven, and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, love building relationships, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on sales role where your primary responsibility is converting leads into booked trial classes and ultimately new members. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from their very first interaction with F45.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Convert enquiries into booked trial classes.
- Manage and maintain our booking platform, ensuring clients are booked correctly.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Communicate daily with coaches and the studio team regarding new clients and upcoming trial sessions.
- Gather feedback from coaches after trial classes and communicate with prospective members to guide them towards joining.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales notes.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone and building rapport with clients.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Sales experience is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

Pay: R5 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
