The Role
What is the role?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in CPT.
What you will be exposed to:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions. Review and maintain organizational structure and implement strategies for a scaling business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process and life cycle at the company.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Onboarding: Coordinate and execute the end to end onboarding and offboarding process of new team members.
- Adhoc recruitment / people related work, queries or advice as requested.
What do you need to have?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the Finance Sector, working with small businesses (advantageous)
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms and excellent project management skills.
- Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
