Outworx is currently recruiting for confident, target-driven Inbound Sales Agents to join our USA / UK campaigns. If you have strong communication skills, sales ability, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephonically contact leads provided by the client
- Follow up with potential customers in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to internal sales and compliance processes
- Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Deliver excellent customer service while promoting best practice standards
- Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customer’s best interest
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Computer literate
- Able to work USA & UK operational hours (Monday – Saturday)
- International call centre experience advantageous
