Desired Experience & Qualification
- Quick thinker and effectively close deals
- Strong sales ability, objection handling and need creation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans (bilingual)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
Insurance Campaign Requirements:
- We require a valid grade 12 / Matric certificate - Essential
- Clear criminal record
- Must have 1-2 years recent comprehensive short term, personal lines, sales experience
- Experience with comprehensive insurance products highly desirable
- RE5 certification required
- Fully accredited to give advice on personal lines insurance
