We are looking for a reliable and vigilant individual to join our team in a role focused on site control operations and asset protection. This position plays a key factor in safeguarding company assets and ensuring operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct searches of personnel, vehicles, and goods entering and exiting the premises in line with company procedures
- Verify and check all outgoing stock against relevant documentation (delivery notes and invoices
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles are allowed entry
- Perform routine checks of the warehouse and surrounding areas to identify risks, irregularities, or any breaches.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of movements, incidents, and inspections
- Assist with investigations relating to stock discrepancies, losses, or suspicious activity
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, especially when monitoring loading/offloading activities
- Report any incidents, damages, or breaches immediately to management
- Support operational teams by ensuring process compliance at dispatch and receiving points
Minimum Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
- Good communication skills and ability to handle conflict professionally
- Physically fit
- Basic understanding of stock control processes
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
- May be required to work shifts, weekends, or overtime
- Will involve both indoor and outdoor duties
