We are looking for a Customer Care Projects & Data Expeditor in 7 WARRINGTON ROAD, CLAREMONT, CT, WESTERN CAPE 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:
We currently have a vacancy for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Projects & Data Expeditor in our Cape Town branch. This role is pivotal in updating and maintaining company data across various systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing critical data support to internal departments and clients. You'll be working closely with the Customer Care Manager and Sales Managers.
Amongst other things your responsibilities include to:
Oversee and manage customer setups and data entries.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across synchronized systems (LabWare LIMS, Salesforce, PandaDocs).
Troubleshoot data integration issues and escalate as necessary.
Assist with data-related projects, including method changes, pricing updates, and realignments.
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the PandaDocs project.
Develop and implement data dashboards to enhance decision-making processes.
Investigate and resolve data-related customer complaints.
Create and update customized Sample Analysis Request Forms (SARFs) in collaboration with the marketing team.
Maintain and update product specifications and price lists on LIMS/Nutria.
Handle invoicing and support corporate quality and continuous improvement processes.
What we are looking for
Degree or Diploma in Science (Microbiology or Chemistry) with broad knowledge of personal computer software and data skills to input, extract and analyze data into / from LIMS, Nutria, Salesforce, and Pandadoc
Technical computer acumen is required to identify and troubleshoot data integration issues that may occur between synchronized systems
Previous experience in Customer Care & Sales functions will be an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
