Position Overview:
As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of this high-end restaurant operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily restaurant operations, overseeing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of handling high volumes while upholding superb quality, with a strong emphasis on staff training to consistently meet and exceed quality standards.
An all-rounder who is able to manage the FoH & BoH to drive the establishments standards, ensure optimum achievement and retention of guests. Providing a memorable experience to all guests. Stock and staff Management and the ability to show leadership to the team to optimise and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
