We need a new Workshop Technician. You will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures, focused on Microsoft systems. Your key accountabilities will be to provide IT support in the workshop to setup new laptops and desktops, troubleshoot and fault finding.
Knowledge and skills:
- Backup and reload of laptops
- Upgrade computer hardware and software
- Identify hardware and software issues
- Setup new computers for clients
- Do remote maintenance
- Log third party calls for faulty equipment
- Be efficient in Microsoft
Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ N+
