REQUIREMENTS:

Culinary qualification preferable or comparable practical experience may be considered

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Stable employment history with contactable references.

Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, knowledge of equipment, tools and processes

Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure / multi task
