PBT Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Credit and Risk experience to join a high-performing team delivering strategic initiatives within a complex financial services environment.
We're looking for a hands-on, analytical Business Analyst who can confidently engage with stakeholders, analyse business processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements that drive technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
Analyse end-to-end Credit and Risk business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform impact assessments across upstream and downstream systems.
Document current and future-state processes and functional specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution designs.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within Credit and/or Risk.
Strong understanding of Credit and Risk business processes.
Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications and process documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Mathematically strong with the ability to analyse complex business scenarios.
Financial Services experience is essential.

Process modelling (BPMN/UML)
SQL exposure
Agile delivery experience
Experience working with enterprise risk or credit systems
