Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our brand, engage with customers, and help grow our presence in the Secunda area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building connections, and creating memorable brand experiences.
Represent the brand at events, activations, and in-store promotions
Engage with customers to share product information and create positive brand experiences
Build brand awareness through face‑to‑face interactions and product demonstrations
Support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional material and gathering customer insights
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times
Provide feedback to the team about customer interactions and campaign performance
Passed Grade 12/Matric
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Willingness to learn and take direction
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotional work
Confidence in public speaking or presenting
Hands‑on marketing and customer engagement experience
