National Debt Association (PTY) LTD is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist with experience in Debt Review systems, specifically iDocs, Vici Dial, and Nexus. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving our technical environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced debt review environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to staff using iDocs, Vici Dial, and Nexus systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
- Manage user access, system configurations, and permissions.
- Ensure uptime and performance of dialer and debt review platforms.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding system setups.
- Monitor backups, security, and system updates.
- Liaise with service providers when required.
- Document processes and technical issues.
Requirements
- Proven IT experience in a Debt Review environment.
- Strong knowledge of iDocs, Vici Dial, and Nexus.
- Understanding of networking, VoIP, and desktop support.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Reliable and detail oriented.
Advantageous
- Experience in call centre IT support.
- Knowledge of NCR/Debt Review operations.
- Server, firewall, or cloud experience.
