Freelance Journalist/Presenter
We are working on Documentary films, and this role is best suited for a Junior.
We are seeking a versatile, Cape Town-based Freelance Journalist & Presenter to collaborate on an upcoming documentary project. This role requires a storyteller who can navigate the local landscape, conduct deep-dive reporting, and provide a compelling narrative voice for high-quality production.
Good research capabilites and strong understanding of the complexities and factors that make and break the society within Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigative Reporting: Conduct on-the-ground research and interviews within the Cape Town.
- Narrative Development: Translate complex facts into engaging documentary scripts.
- Voice-Over & Narration: Provide professional vocal narration for video segments, ensuring the tone matches the project’s emotional arc.
- Fact-Checking: Ensure all editorial content is accurate, ethical, and legally sound.
Project Details
- Term: Freelance / Project-based - [5 hours per Week]
- Scope: Includes research, field reporting, scriptwriting, and On camera narration and voiceover.
