Alinea Architects is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Cape Town studio.
We are looking for a strong designer with experience in luxury residential architecture, excellent technical ability, and the confidence to work on high-end projects from concept design through to documentation and coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ professional experience
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong design experience on luxury residential projects
- Excellent technical and detailing knowledge
- High proficiency in Revit is non-negotiable
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Good communication and consultant coordination skills
Remuneration
A competitive salary package will be offered, based on the candidate’s level of experience, technical ability, design strength, and suitability for the role.
