Minimum Qualifications
- National Diploma in Nature Conservation, Horticulture, or equivalent.
- Valid Pest Control Operator (PCO) Certificate.
- Valid EC or Code C Driver's Licence with a valid PDP.
Experience
- 3–5 years' experience in nature conservation, horticulture, landscaping, or environmental services.
- Supervisory experience in managing teams and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscaping, conservation, horticultural, and pest control activities.
- Manage and coordinate work teams, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and client requirements.
- Monitor work quality, equipment, and staff performance.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain operational records.
- Liaise with management and clients to ensure efficient service delivery.
Skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of horticulture, nature conservation, pest control, and environmental regulations.
- Good communication, planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Medically fit with a clean criminal record.
Pay: R5 368,36 - R26 308,49 per month
