RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE ASSISTANT
Our Client is a mixed-use development in Cape Town combining office, retail, residential and leisure components in an integrated, stimulating and aesthetically pleasing urban environment.
They are looking for a Front Line professional who will be responsible for frontline reception and provide general administration and financial support
Outputs Required:

Provide frontline reception duties efficiently and effectively to ensure that the image and professionalism of the is upheld at all times.

Ensure that switchboard duties are efficiently carried out with professionalism and that all calls are answered within specified time parameters and messages are routed quickly and efficiently to all parties.

Provide various administration duties including co-ordinating property transfer consents, stationary and office supplies and other basic clerical functions.

Provide specific assistance to Division Heads as and when required.

Ensure that all administrative duties are carried out accurately and according to specified deadlines.

Assist Finance Department on a daily basis:
-
Proactively contribute as a member of the team to achieve company wide strategies and objectives.
Minimum requirements / Formal Qualifications:
-
Reception & Administration/Financial experience
-
2 yearrs relevant working experience
-
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-
Basic Pastel knowledge
A good record of attendance and time keeping
