We are looking for an ambitious, target driven, motivated and hungry Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will join a small and dynamic team, focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates to fill roles with our clients.
What you will do:
- Utilise recruitment tools with accuracy to manage candidates
- Source, interview and select the best candidates for our clients
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in lead generation for new clients
What you need:
- Some previous experience or knowledge in recruitment or sales
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently with impeccable accuracy
