Grow and support existing indirect partners, strengthening capability and performance
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across the region
Deliver partner training, joint business planning, and ongoing technical/commercial support
Provide pre‑sales engineering, system design guidance, and product selection support
Assist with tenders, specifications, and customer presentations
Promote BMS, HVAC controls, energy management, and smart building platforms
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline, and forecasts
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies
Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance, and regional regulations
Travel regularly across Sub‑Saharan Africa (50–70%) to support partners and customers
You may reside in any city of your choice within South Africa while performing this role
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
5–8 years of experience in BMS / Controls / Building Automation
Experience working with indirect/channel partners
Strong technical understanding of BMS, HVAC controls, and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑driven, structured, and commercially minded
