Pest Control Co-Ordinator
Job Brief
We are a well-established and growing Property Management and Maintenance Company based in Southwest London but operating throughout the whole of the city. The successful applicant will work as part of a team managing the required maintenance obligations for our 600 managed properties and for external clients as we expand. No day will be the same as you undertake a vast array of different tasks over the course of a week with problem solving, time management and organization essential to ensuring the Contractors and Tradesmen you work with are on time, within budget and complete the appropriate works to fulfil their, and our company’s, commitments to properties we look after.
The Pest Control Co-Ordinator will be someone who will arrange and manage pest control works obligations of our buildings from scheduling on our software, speaking to Contractors on site, arranging building access, monitoring and updating job reports, invoicing and business development to grow the contracts portfolio.
Duties
- As a Pest control coordinator, your main responsibility is to oversee the activities of all pest control employees/ Subcontractors.
- Efficiently price, schedule and evaluate works for completion and quality assurance using our co-ordination software to maximize revenue and minimize travel times and business costs.
- Compiling and submitting reports on successful property visits while undertaking the required actions for visits requiring further works or customer interaction.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
- To expand and grow the pest control department.
Skills & Experience

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Previous job Pest Control co-ordination or extensive knowledge of the pest control industry experience would be preferred but not essential.
- An energetic and hardworking persona are more important though.
- Understanding of Health & Safety building maintenance and legislation would be a plus but not essential.
- Professional customer service skills.
- An analytical mindset is required to complete all required obligations within appropriate timeframes.
- Multitasking skills required to balance numerous different projects at the same time at different stages of completion.
- High standard of communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Problem solving.
- Teamwork.
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 SAST, Monday – Friday
Salary: R12,000 – R20,000 per month (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Note: This is a remote role that requires you to be based in Cape Town due to the occasional office visit in Stellenbosch. You will also be required to have reliable internet access during working hours and periods of extended load shedding.
