HR Administrator: Recruitment

Confluent is growing quickly and needs a Recruitment Administrator to join the People Team and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating assessments and interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and assisting with onboarding new hires for Internal and External vacancies.
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who has gained approximately one year of recruitment experience and is looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring candidates enjoy a seamless experience while supporting hiring managers and recruiters with efficient recruitment processes.

Tasks and responsibilities to be expected in the role:
- Utilize the ATS to manage the administration of the recruitment process efficiently, including requesting candidate documents and updating candidate statuses.

Track candidate Psychometric and technical assessment completion

Correspond with candidates to schedule interviews, provide updates on their application status, and respond to inquiries.

Facilitate background checks and reference checks for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation schedules and sending out new joiner information emails.

Updating process documents and templates
Requirements we would like you to meet:

Minimum qualification National Diploma or equivalent in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources

1 to 2 years experience in Recruitment

Basic knowledge of Labour Law practices & Acts

Recruitment system experience - beneficial

Experience in coordinating tasks, meetings, interviews

Experience working on Excel and Power Point, compiling reports and presentations
