We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual for the position of Halaal Chef Manager at a Catering Industry. Supervisor to oversee their Halaal Compliance division and ensure all Halaal Compliance regulations are strictly followed. Due to the nature of the role and the specific responsibilities associated with this role.
Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- Diploma in Culinary Arts (advantageous)
- Must have 3-4 years working exp. in a kitchen that prepares Halaal meals.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Halaal Compliance standards.

Excellent organizational and inspection skills

Maintain stock control and monitor Halaal items and critical areas.

Produce quality Halaal meals.

Understand Halaal practices

Have a deep understanding of and respect for diverse cultures and beliefs

To implement and monitor quality management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC apply below and relevant Standards.

Liaise with clients to understand their certification needs and provide guidance.
