We are hiring serious, sharp, English-fluent calling professionals who can speak confidently with US-based students, leads, clients, and customers. The role is primarily focused on outbound tele sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, admissions-related calling, inquiry handling, CRM updates, and conversion-focused communication.
This role requires discipline, strong spoken English, confidence, patience, accuracy, target orientation, and the ability to work permanently during US business hours.
Role Overview
- Work Mode: Permanent Remote / Work From Home
- Location: South Africa, and global remote candidates may apply
- Shift: Permanent US night shift / US business hours 10am to 8 pm CST
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 9-hour shift including 1-hour break
- Compensation: $300 to $600 fixed per month for India-based candidates, plus performance incentives and paid overtime. For South Africa/global candidates, compensation will be finalized based on country, experience, English quality, reliability, and interview performance.
This is not a casual work-from-home job.
Pay: R4 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
