Drive quality engineering practices that improve defect prevention, strengthen test coverage across platform changes, and support safe delivery across legacy, integrated and modernised components of the MWL technology landscape.
Scope of Role (MWL Platform Focus)
The role covers technical and functional testing across the MWL Platform, including:

Gemstone platform functionality, journeys, business rules and integrations

Visualworks functionality, forms, workflow behaviour and downstream processing

MWL platform tools, operational processes and cross-system integrations

APIs, batch processes, databases and backend services supporting Gemstone, Visualworks and related platform capabilities
Testing includes:

Functional, regression, system integration and end-to-end testing

Validation of platform rules, investment transactions, adviser and operations workflows, and exception handling

Data accuracy, data movement, reconciliation and calculation validation across legacy and integrated systems

Performance, stability, compatibility, security and reliability considerations for platform changes
