Job Title: Registered Nurse
Workplace: Medical & Dental Centre (Northcliff)

Direct Report: Centre Manager
Purpose:
To deliver safe, comprehensive, and quality nursing care to the patients.
Key Performance Indicators
· Provide and supervise nursing care in accordance with legislation that directly and indirectly governs nursing practice
· Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team.
· Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety
· Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment
· Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions
· Assist in the management of patient complaints
Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in General Nursing
Registration with SANC
Relevant experience and technical skill to meet the critical outputs.
Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage.
GoodX experience will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy (MS Packages, etc.)
