THE ROLE
As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and security of data within Genflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding data from spreadsheets to other template spreadsheets
- Cleaning and sorting data before entering it
- Reading and analysing data to understand it and then process it in spreadsheets
- Adding data into our own software
- Reporting progress day to day
- Identifying and fixing the smallest of errors that have been overlooked while respecting the overall theme and intent of the content
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Check completed work for accuracy
The kind of attitude we’re looking for:
- A naturally curious problem solver
- Someone who really takes pride in their work and the quality of their output
- A great analyst and numbers person - excel/google sheet pro
- Someone who’s naturally interested in creators, social commerce and social content
Please note, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally in the next 6-8 weeks.

Pay: Up to R143 088,00 per year
