Chocolatier in Durbanville is looking for a Retail Assistant. Working hours: Wed - Sun (08:30 - 17:00)
Responsible for:

Manage the store and interact with customers.

Assist the chocolatier in the kitchen.

Someone who is interested in food and want to learn more.

Being responsible for processing payments

Stocking shelves with merchandise
-
Answering queries from customers
-
Reporting discrepancies and problems
-
Giving advice and guidance to customers
-
Balancing cash register
-
Keeping the store tidy and neat
-
Be involved in stock control and management
-
Receiving and storing of stock.
Requirements:

Grade 12
-
1 - 2 years’ previous retail experience
-
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Preferably from the Durbanville area and own transport.
-
Creative flair as they will assist with the colouring and airbrushing of pralines.

Basic administration skills

Customer service focus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible to work retail hours / Saturdays
