Marketing Plan : Ability to visualise the broad market trends and plan out marketing activities in close coordination with stakeholders for effective execution. Develop integrated marketing plans that align to business and growth objectives, including marketing activities and global events participation that help build brand awareness and drive pipeline conversion.
Market Intelligence: Lead or support market research, competitive analysis and customer insights projects. Capture market intelligence across geographies through various channels and provide actionable insights to sales. Learn our competitors inside out so sales can walk tall when they face them and product management can close any gaps that customers care about. Immerse yourself with our customers and potential buyers so you understand their stories, what motivates them and why they would want to work with us
Brand Positioning & Management: Develop positioning at the services, solution and industry levels. Craft unique value propositions and compelling messaging that clearly positions our services and differentiates us from the competition.
Marketing Content: Create high-quality product marketing documents, content and sales enablement materials. Develop sales tool kits and ensure alignment between the sales pitch and Cohesive’s differentiated offerings across the portfolio.
Budget Management: Manage relevant budgets for Marketing spend and prepare quarterly and annual budgets.
Industry Alignment: Lead engagements with Analyst groups and key industry influencers in order to bring out Cohesive’s value proposition in line with the business growth strategy. Develop new strategic partnerships with the partner ecosystem.
Solution Launches: Manage new service and solution launches from beginning to end.
Sales Enablement: Train sales to deliver our story, understand our marketing plans and new solution launches. Develop sales tool kits and keep sales updated on marketing campaigns.
Account Based Marketing: Plan, create and execute highly targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programs to drive sales pipeline and advance sales opportunities for engaged target accounts, leveraging multiple channels including email, web, digital advertising, events, webinars and social.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Engineering or Business Management; MBA preferred
8 to 12 years of marketing experience; with demonstrated capability in product, service or solution marketing and commercialisation
A knowledge of Product Marketing Management models/frameworks
Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills
Highly collaborative and able to manage internal and external relationships effectively across functions and geographies
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience leading ABM programs a plus
Experience working in asset management or with asset management technologies a plus
Experience working in energy, utilities or transportation industries a plus
