iLite is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with entry-level video editing skills to support our design and content production work. This role suits someone who is hands-on, energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create design assets for digital use (course graphics, banners, thumbnails, social media posts, simple layouts)
- Support basic video editing (cuts, pacing, captions, audio balancing, exports) using DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Prepare outputs in the correct formats (e.g., 1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
- Work from brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistent quality
- Implement feedback quickly and manage source files neatly (organized project folders, correct naming)
Minimum Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, visual hierarchy)
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn
- Able to work from instructions and deliver on deadlines
Advantageous (Nice to Have)
- Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (or equivalent tools)
- After Effects or basic motion graphics
- Experience creating content for eLearning or corporate environments
- Basic understanding of exporting/compressing video for different platforms
