CMT wishes to employ a suitably qualified and experienced facilitator (structured programmes) in the JB Marks Local Municipality to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for a facilitator with a minimum of two to three years of facilitation experience and with a traceable track record. The position would suit somebody who lives in/around Potchefstroom . The facilitator will report to the designated district manager. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Job description (may include but is not limited to):
Facilitation of HIV prevention programmes
Facilitate and participate during sessions, including following activities as per the facilitator manuals
Ensure the focus on quality training delivery is kept
Manage discussions on sensitive topics in an inclusive manner
Recording and reporting maintained in all relevant sources as determined by the M&E team ensuring that forms and registers are completed to the agreed standard inclusive of utilising the mobile application
Ensure all forms, attendance registers and any other data / M&E requirements are forwarded in a timely manner from the field in close cooperation with both coordinator and the M&E team
Collect and monitor data as needed
Refer participants to appropriate services as needed
Attend regular project and stakeholder meetings
Comply with ad-hoc requests from your manager

REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field
Accreditation and experience as a facilitator
Prior experience in HIV and/or community work
Excellent knowledge of HIV/STIs and TB
Fluency in English and Tswana required
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
The ability to work independently as well as within a project team environment
Valid driver’s licence with driving experience
Good interpersonal skills
Computer literacy (MS Office)

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
