What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support our CRM systems to keep sales operations running smoothly.
- Assist upper management with real-time agent performance tracking and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, dashboard updates, and tech support for team tools.
- Collaborate on special projects and help identify process improvements.
- Work closely with team leads and agents to drive performance and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- CRM or financial systems experience is a MUST (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills – including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Matric required; studies in Business, IT, or Finance are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable working shifts and 6 days per week (Mon–Fri + Sat/Sun).
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Work Schedule:
Full-time, in-person (Sea Point, Cape Town)
6-Day Work Week: Monday–Friday + either Saturday or Sunday
Shift Options:
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
- 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
