Call Centre Agent
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy and data-capturing skills.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Able to speak different Languages.
