Specialist competencies:

Supervisory or management experience in Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B operations within a 4/5 boutique lodge, hotel or luxury guest house

Has experience working in a busy, high-demand environment

Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management

Computer including MS Office and a Property Management System

Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work independently

Proactive, innovative, flexible and energetic

Has excellent social skills

Ability to train & mentor

Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

Must have own transport and valid driver's license
