MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural diploma/degree advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years previous livestock management experience inclusive of cattle and horses
- Excellent stockman ship
- Experience making and managing silage and fodder
- Strong leadership skills
- Computer literate
- Maintenance orientated
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Valid driver’s license
