Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
- Compliance with all EHS guidelines and procedures.
- Follow the SAP process from start to finish, including invoicing.
- Check SAP daily to ensure clients remain within their credit limits.
- Ensure all loads have the required documentation (SAP documentation, STB Slip, and Weighbridge Slip).
- Respond to all client requests through various communication channels.
- Allocate the correct truck to the appropriate load.
- Report any issues requiring repairs to the Maintenance Department.
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date and completed accurately.
- In the event of any damages:
- Investigate the cause.
- Report findings accordingly.
- Maintain records of incidents and dispatched loads.
- Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed.
- Work in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated (Environmental and Quality) Management System.
- Follow all instructions and procedures relevant to the assigned operational function and comply with all legal requirements (laws/by-laws), company policies, and practices.
- Industry experience will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills (word, excel,)

- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge (advantageous).
