POSITION: HR ADMINISTRATOR
Working Conditions:
· Contract type: Permanent

· Location of position: KwaZulu – Natal
The position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Payroll:
- Capture, analyze and submit information to the Finance / Payroll department, for the monthly processing and payment of salaries. This will include but is not limited to: New employees, terminations, employees’ hours worked, overtime, allowances, deductions, reimbursements, leave, changes to conditions of employment, personal details, and all other information relevant to payroll processing
- Ensure all payroll queries are handled punctually
- Monthly HR reporting
- Leave management
Biometrics:
- Ensure employee details and fingerprints are loaded
- Manage staff attendance and time keeping as per HR procedures
Record keeping:
- Maintain the Master Employee Database
- Employee files: Ensure filing is completed accurately and punctually
- General HR records: Ensure that all HR documents are filed appropriately
Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
Employee Movements:
- Coordinate and facilitate the full recruitment and termination processes
- Administer changes to conditions of employment
Industrial Relations:
- Compliance with all IR policies and procedures
- Advice and recommendations to Line Management
- Minute-taking
- Coordinate and administer monthly worker representative meetings
Training and Development:
· Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives, in accordance with approved training plans
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the below requirements:
· Grade 12
· Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management and / or equivalent or similar qualification
· 3 - 5 years experience
· Fully Computer literate (Any HR Software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
· Sound knowledge of Excel formulas: Vlookup, COUNTIF, etc.
· Strong Communication Skills
· Problem- solving Techniques
· Strong administrative skills
· Basic Knowledge of labour laws
· Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
· Interpersonal skills
· Planning and Organising skills
