Are you passionate about driving strategic change and delivering impactful business outcomes? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering value through structured project execution.
You will own full-cycle delivery of business and technology implementations, particularly process automation and system implementations, from discovery and planning through configuration, integration, and post-live support. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical team members, and business analysts to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every project
- Lead cross-functional business projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and issues while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure effective communication and engagement.
- Drive business readiness and change adoption in partnership with Skilled Team members and Business Owners.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project performance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders, including divisional executives.
- Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Suite for project tracking, reporting, and presentations.
- Apply business acumen to understand project context, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes.
- Prepare and present project updates to steering committees and executive leadership.
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree; PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
