A dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager is sought to oversee two high-end properties in Stellenbosch. This unique role involves managing a luxury villa that accommodates up to 15 guests, as well as a winery requiring ongoing development and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the seamless operation of the luxury villa, maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and property upkeep.

Overseeing a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Sourcing and appointing a top-tier villa host/chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences and hospitality services.

Working closely with digital and social media consultants to enhance the online presence and marketing strategies of both properties.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Director, managing budgets, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Driving the ongoing development and improvement of the winery, enhancing its reputation and operational success.

Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the properties are always in top condition.

Conducting regular inspections of the properties to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:

Must be a South African citizen.

Own reliable transport is essential.

Proven experience in wine estate and hospitality management within high-end or luxury settings.
