Job Description: Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a vibrant, professional Receptionist & Social Media Assistant to be the welcoming face of our headwear company and the creative voice behind our online presence.
In this dual-role, you will split your talents between managing our front desk ensuring our clients, suppliers, and guests receive world-class service and helping our marketing team grow our brand across social platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Administration (Approx. 60%)
- First Impressions: Warmly greet all walk-in clients, corporate guests, and couriers, directing them to the showroom or appropriate departments.
- Switchboard Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently, taking precise messages when necessary.
- Client & Sales Support: Provide basic information to clients regarding order statuses, collection readiness, or general catalog inquiries.
- Inbound Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and log all incoming samples, fabrics, and supplier deliveries, ensuring they reach production or administration promptly.
- Reception Housekeeping: Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area and showroom display.
Social Media & Content Coordination (Approx. 40%)
- Content Creation: Snap high-quality photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our latest cap ranges, 3D embroidery techniques, custom patches, and behind-the-scenes factory workflows.
- Community Management: Monitor company social media channels, promptly responding to direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries with a helpful, on-brand tone.
- Scheduling & Posting: Work alongside the marketing team to schedule regular updates, product spotlights, and announcements (like website updates or upcoming expo appearances).
- Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on local apparel and corporate branding trends to keep our digital content fresh and engaging.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role. Proven experience managing or creating content for brand social media pages (even on a small scale) is a major plus.
- Communication: Fluent, polished verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional telephone etiquette.
- Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Basic experience with mobile editing tools (like CapCut or Canva) is highly advantageous.
- Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively without losing your cool during busy periods.
