VAD Group is an expanding construction and property development company involved in residential, commercial, institutional, and community projects throughout KwaZulu-Natal. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Tender & RFQ Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare RFQs and follow up on pricing.
- Compile tender documentation and supporting information.
- Assist with project costing and budget preparation.
- Maintain tender registers and project records.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and clients.
- Provide administrative support to the estimating and construction teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction estimating, tendering, or quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of construction materials and pricing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous construction industry experience will be advantageous.
