The purpose and role of a Senior Structural Foreman is to ensure the delivery of structural elements of the project safely, on time, within budget and snag free, responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising site operatives, organise site teams, control construction activities related to structural elements of the project, responsible for placing of material & plant orders timeously, coordinating & implementation companies SHE procedures & policies, ensure implementation of the companies QMS procedures & policies, ensure that a quality product is achieved according to project specifications and good building practice. Will be required to do work within your abilities from time to time that is outside the Job Description as detailed above.
