ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Download monthly exposure reports from Swordfish system.
- Ensure timely distribution of exposure reports to all managing agents and self-managed community schemes by the 10th of each month.
- Address and resolve post-exposure report queries from stakeholders.
- Import new or updated information into the Swordfish system as necessary.
- Maintain an updated exposure report tracker, including total risk value, managing agent details, date of report distribution, and any relevant comments.
- Provide necessary information to the PSTS account department for re-allocations and resolution of matters.
- Liaise with Legal Officers (LOs) to address queries related to debtors, managing agents, and EDC information on the Swordfish system.
- Collaborate with the Transfer and Settlement Figures Administrator to fulfill requests and address queries regarding settlement figures and transfer figures.
- Manage communications with ONE Insure regarding debtor information, managing agent information, and transfer figure requests.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
EDUCATION
- Minimum of completed grade 12.
- Paralegal Studies qualification would be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years working within a debt collection or legal practice environment.
- Good knowledge of Sectional Title / Community Schemes would be an advantage.
- Experience working with Swordfish or other debt collection software would be an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Efficient time management and prioritisation skills.
- Full MS Office suite at intermediate level.
